Technology That Works for Your Business.
Panosia Tech helps small and midsize organizations modernize their digital presence, streamline operations, automate repetitive work, and build technology that grows with them.

We provide technology services with three goals in mind.
A simple process, start to finish.
Discover
Understand your organization, current systems, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
Solution Design
A roadmap with clear milestones — existing software where it fits, custom-built where it doesn’t — sized to your goals and budget.
Deliver the Milestones
Build, configure, integrate, and launch the solution.
Support & Improve
Continue optimizing your technology as your organization grows.

Four reasons organizations choose us.
Fair terms, in plain English.
No jargon, no fine print designed to confuse you — just how we actually work.
Free discovery session
No cost, no obligation. We listen to what’s going on before we talk solutions.
Free proposal & roadmap
You see the plan, the priorities, and the cost — sized to your budget — before you commit to anything.
Milestone-based payment
You pay as work is delivered and accepted against the statement of work, not in one lump sum up front.
Free rework until it's right
If a deliverable doesn't match what we agreed on, we fix it at no extra cost, under our agreed terms of service.

We don't disappear after launch.
Some organizations need a fixed-scope project. Others want an ongoing technology partner. We work both ways, but we do our best work when it's a win-win— so we'll do what it takes to keep you satisfied, and we lean toward ongoing partnerships over one-off jobs.
We're a newer business, so as a welcome to working with us, we offer discounted pricing on early engagements wherever we can.
What each area covers
Every engagement starts with a discovery conversation about which of these you actually need.
Questions worth answering up front
Curious how Panosia Tech works? Here's what we're asked most before a discovery call.
What does Panosia Tech actually do?
Panosia Tech is a technology consulting partner for small and midsize organizations. We handle websites and hosting, business email and cloud setup, CRM and business systems, AI and automation, custom software, and growth/marketing technology — as one coordinated partner instead of five disconnected vendors.
How much does a Panosia Tech project cost?
Cost depends on scope: a website refresh, a CRM rollout, and a custom software build all price differently. We scope every engagement after a free discovery session so you get a specific quote based on your goals and budget, not a generic package price.
Do you require full payment up front?
No. Panosia Tech bills by milestone against the agreed statement of work — you pay as work is delivered and accepted, not as one lump sum before anything is built.
What happens if we're not happy with a deliverable?
We fix it. If something doesn't match what was agreed in the statement of work, rework is free under our terms of service — you're not billed again to get it right.
Do you work with organizations outside Charlotte, NC?
Yes. Panosia Tech is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and works with organizations across the US remotely, in addition to local clients in the Charlotte metro area.
Can you help even if we already use other vendors or software?
Yes. Panosia Tech doesn't require replacing every tool you already use. We integrate with your existing CRM, email platform, and business software where it makes sense, and only recommend replacing a system when it's genuinely holding you back.
What kind of AI and automation work do you do?
We connect AI to systems you already use so it can follow up on leads, process incoming documents, draft routine emails, answer internal questions, and automate repetitive data entry — practical automation, not experimental novelty features.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch, or only one-off projects?
Both. Some organizations need a fixed-scope project with a clear end date; others want an ongoing technology partner for maintenance, CRM administration, security updates, and continuous improvement. We scope the engagement to match what you actually need.
Tell us what's slowing you down.
You don't need to know the solution — tell us the problem, and we'll help you figure out the right technology for it.
